Chinese herbs such as Huai Jiao Wan, Zhong Guo Zhi Gen Duan, and Yun Nan Bai Yao are used to control bleeding and alleviate the pain and irritation caused by hemorrhoids.
This is a condition of chronic constipation with dry stools. Straining to pass bowels may cause swelling of the tissues. Bleeding may occur before or after defecation.

You can grind Qin Jiao Bai Zhu Wan to form 6 gram pill balls and take it one to three times daily.

Chinese remedies: Grind Huai Hua San and take 9 gram dosages with 1 cup of hot water. You may add Di Yu if the bleeding is heavy.
Jing Wan Hong works like a topical ointment. It reduces the itching, irritation and burning in and around the anal area.
Other useful herbs are Huang Lian Jie Du Wan and Zhong Guo Zhi Gen Duan.
In this condition, the hemorrhoids are quite painful and protruding. The bleeding may be scanty or heavy.
Chinese remedies: Huang Tu Tang helps in controlling bleeding. Other useful herbs are Fu Zi Li Zhong Wan, Gui Pi Tang (Wan), and Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang (Wan).
This is a condition of chronic hemorrhoids that may cause continuous or severe pain. The fissures are quite large and dark. Symptoms include bleeding, pain, irritation and itching.
Chinese remedies: Tao He Cheng Qi Tang aids in facilitating easy bowel movements. Jing Wan Hong works like a topical ointment to relieve inflammation and dryness.
Other useful herbs are Huo Xue San Yu Tang, Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang, Tong Jing Wan, and Sheng Tian Qi Pian.
