What is Immune Enhancer AG?

What can I do (other than taking Seasonal Support) to reduce my chance of catching a cold?
 
Prevention starts with hygiene.  This means washing your hands before eating and before going outside.  Ordinary soaps are effective at cleansing your hands, and waterless alcohol-based gels maybe actually kill the cold virus.  Additionally, regular exercise and a proper diet will not only support immunological functioning, but may also relieve stress, which can compromise the integrity of the immune system. When should I take antibiotics?
 
You should do everything in your power not to take antibiotics.  Antibiotics should be your last resort in treatment, as there is a high potential for resistance.  Additionally, viral infections cannot be 'cured' be taking antibiotics.  As always, Progressive Health recommends consulting with your physician is you suspect your condition is worsening.  Never take antibiotics without first talking to your doctor.
 
That being said, keep in mind that most coughs, bronchitis, sore throats (with the exception of strep throat), flu, and the common cold will not, and should not, be treated with antibiotics.  However, this is not to say that recognizing an infection that warrants antibiotic use is easy.  Your doctor is the only one who can determine if you need antibiotics.  Many people think that when their mucous changes color, antibiotics will be needed to recover.  This is not true.  It is common for mucous to change colors and become thicker during a viral cold.  Again, talk with you physician about the best treatment if you have any questions about your illness.

Are there any tests I can take to see if I have the flu, or even a cold, and what are some conventional treatments?
 
Unfortunately, there is no test for the common cold or flu.  A definitive diagnosis is based on the symptoms reported by the patient and the physical examination made by the doctor.
 
As far as treatment options are concerned; there is no medicine that will cure your cold or flu.  Conventional medicines only treat the symptoms.  They do not support immunological functioning like the ingredients found in Seasonal Support.  For example, your runny nose can be treated with antihistamines (e.g. diphenyhydramine or clemastine, and decongestants, such as pseudophedrine). Fever can be treated with drugs such as ibuprofen, aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen.  All of these medicines can be found at your local pharmacy and are available over-the-counter.

In the US we ship via DHL. We can ship either DHL Express listed as USA- Fastest (1 - 4 Day Delivery) with the cost of $9.97. Or we can ship DHL Ground listed as USA- Most Affordable (4 - 10 Day Delivery) with the cost of about $3.95. [top]
