Vaxa Attend is an effective homeopathic remedy to support children and adults with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) symptoms.
The preparation contains over 70 natural vitamin, nutritional, herbal and homeopathic ingredients. This specifically formulated vitamin and nutrient remedy effectively improves ADHD symptoms in children and adults.
Vaxa Attend is known to reduce stress and frustration. It also enhances mental focus, attention span, and concentration. It also supports the function of the central nervous system (CNS) and addresses the neurochemical deficiencies associated with ADHD.
With over 70 different ingredients, the two main ingredients found in Vaxa Attend are: Lithium Bromatum and Lithium Carbonicum.
Kali Bromatum: This homeopathic medicine is simply used as a micro-nutritional. It is known to effectively reduce symptoms such as numbness, vertigo, headache, hemiplegic, apoplexy, thickness of speech, prolonged metal exertion, epilepsy, flushed face, and insomnia.
Lithium Carbonicum: It has demonstrated effectiveness against the following symptoms: confusion, blurred vision, headache, rheumatic soreness, paralytic stiffness, insomnia, epilepsy, cerebral congestion, and threatened apoplexy.
Amino acids, GABA, DMAE, 5-HTP, and NADH support the biosynthesis and transmission of brain neurotransmitters, including norepinephrine, serotonin, epinephrine, acetylcholine, and dopamine.
These ingredients help regulate emotional/ mental focus, pain control, sleep, blood pressure, inflammation, and other body functions.
Phospholipids such as Phosphatidylethanolamine, Phosphatidylinositol, Phosphatidycholine, and healthy fats (like ALA, GLA, MCTs, CLA, flaxseed, oleic acid, caprylic acid) can support brain health.
Research suggests that vitamins and minerals such as Magnesium Aspartate, Niacinamide, DiCalcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine, Zinc, and Chromium Nicotinate can ease symptoms of ADHD.
Gingko contains powerful bioflavonoid antioxidants (glycosides) that can boost blood circulation to the brain and throughout the body.
Gotu kola is used traditionally as a tonic to maintain a healthy brain, nervous system, and blood circulation.
Green Tea extract improves the metabolism, boosts energy levels, and encourages fat breakdown and thermogenesis (calorie burning).
Kali Phosphoricum is also known as potash. Its chemical name is Potassium phosphate.
This homeopathic remedy is made by combining potassium carbonate with phosphoric acids. The resulting solution is then diluted further with lactose, alcohol or distilled water until a solution of the desired strength is achieved.
A typical preparation of Kali phosphoricum dilutes 1 part of the original solution with 1030 parts of any of these solvents.
Kali phosphoricum is useful for reducing the irritability and hyperactivity of ADHD. It also improves attention and reduces mental fatigue.
Lithium Carbonicum is also known as Lithium carbonate.
It is an odorless, white salt commonly used in psychiatry. Lithium carbonicum is one of the few homeopathic remedy also routinely used in conventional medicine. It is taken for its lithium component which is released upon dissolution.
It is used to treat mania in people suffering from bipolar disorder. Homeopathy practitioners recommend it for calming down ADHD patients who easily become tensed and overwhelmed by external stimulations.
Lithium carbonicum has been shown to help in ADHD and mania in two ways. First, it inhibits the ion transport mechanisms found in the membranes of brain cells.
These transport channels and the exchanges of ions in and out of the cells determine the polarization of neurons in the brain. Therefore, Lithium carbonicum reduces the amplification of messages carried by these neurons.
Secondly, it inhibits the activity of protein kinase C in the brain and also stimulates the production of other brain chemicals that inhibits this protein. High levels of protein kinase C are found in the brains of people who exhibit manic tendencies.
Naturum muriaticum is the homeopathic name for common salt or rock salt or Sodium chloride.
It is employed in homeopathy to provide nutritional balance in the body. Naturum muriaticum is included in Vaxa Attend to help detoxify the cells, and reduce oversensitivity to external stimulations.
Agaricus Muscarius is derived from a wild mushroom which is commonly called fly agaric. Like most wild mushrooms, fly agaric can produce very dramatic effects when ingested.
Its active ingredients overstimulate the central nervous system to cause vertigo, delirium and convulsion. However, these ingredients are diluted in the homeopathic remedy and used to treat the very symptoms they cause in high concentrations.
Argentum Nitricum is also known as silver nitrate.
It is very poisonous if used without dilution. However, when properly prepared, it is able to improve symptoms of ADHD such as anxiety, fear, depression, nervousness and agitation.
It also has an antiseptic property. For this reason, it is important to consult your physician before starting on Vaxa Attend to determine if Argentum nitricum will interfere with some of the other medications you might be taking.
Fluoricum acidum is also known as hydrofluoric acid.
It is extensively diluted as a homeopathic remedy. It is recommended for hyperactive people and it helps ADHD patients relax and calm down. It may interfere with other drugs that you take. Therefore, a consultation with your doctor is advised.
Iodium is simply iodine in homeopathic medicine. It is recommended for treating glandular disorders especially the ones affecting the thyroid gland.
Iodine is commonly used to treat hypothyroidism. In this way, it stimulates the production and release of thyroid hormones. Thyroid hormones, thyroxine and triiodothyronine are essential for metabolism.
Hypothyroidism causes fatigue, bloating, weight gain and neurological damage. Some of its symptoms even overlap with those of ADHD. Therefore, iodine is essential for treating ADHD especially in cases caused or worsened by hypothyroidism.
Valeriana officinalis is also known as valerian root. It is a common herb used in the treatment of ADHD. It has anxiolytic and sedative properties, and can be used to treat the hyperactivity and irritability associated with ADHD.
Hyoscyamus niger is another common herb used in treating ADHD. It contains the active ingredients hyoscyamine and scopolamine. These are alkaloids which exert their effects on the cholinergic pathways in the central nervous system.
These alkaloids increases the production and activity of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. In this way, hyoscyamus niger produce a calming effect on people diagnosed with ADHD. It is known to reduce impulse tendencies and hyperactivity.
Some of other homeopathic remedies found in Vaxa Attend include Humulus lupulus (taken from hops), Ignatia amara (contains the potent phytochemical, strychnine), Avena sativa (extracted from oat grass) and Tarentula hispanica (obtained from Spanish spider also called wolf spider).
Vaxa Attend is a natural and safe homeopathic ADHD remedy that supports healthy brain and CNS. It contains homeopathic ingredients officially listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS).
This is an advanced multi-dimensional formulation which integrates the goodness of homeopathic remedies as well as herbal and nutritional base components.
Most people who do not have a medical condition may notice results in as little as two weeks, while those with certain conditions may take a couple of months to see results.
