B12 and ADHD

Taking Vitamin B12 supplements has shown to reduce ADHD symptoms.
 

Recent studies have shown that there is a link between Vitamins and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD. Vitamins play an important role in the production of energy packets in the brain cell.
