LUNA contains chamomile, lemon balm, valerian, magnesium, melatonin, and other sleep-promoting herbs and amino acids.

According to the LUNA website, the supplement will help you get to sleep faster and help you stay sleep longer. LUNA also claims to be non habit-forming and 100 percent natural and drug free. The supplement is supposed to provide restful, deep sleep without the need for medications or chemical sleep supplements. The company claims that LUNA will give you deep, restful sleep every night with no feelings of drowsiness the next day.
The blend of ingredients are supposed to provide your body with the fuel it needs to stay asleep and feel rested the next day without groggy side effects. The biggest goal of LUNA, according to the company, is to help you feel calm and relaxed before bed and prevent racing thoughts and stress that can interfere with your body’s natural sleep cycle.
