Neurophine Research:

Vitamin B6 - Those diagnosed with carpal tunnel are often deficient in Vitamin B6. Early Vitamin B6 supplementation has reportedly provided relief and allowed some patients to avoid surgery. (1, 2)

Vitamin C - Studies have shown Vitamin C can help reduce the risk of cartilage loss and arthritis progression.

Potassium - A major electrolyte that helps regulate the flow of bodily fluids into and out of tissues and cells.

Magnesium - Used to support many body functions, including nerve functions.

Zinc - Is used to enhance healing.

Chromium - An important trace element that activates various enzymes and helps produce energy.

Copper - Copper may be a more effective anti-inflammatory than aspirin. (8)

Manganese - Helpful for nerve problems.

Boswellia Serrata - Can reduce inflammation and it appears that it may be helpful for the side effects caused by NSAID's. (3, 4)

Turmeric - Laboratory research indicated that Turmeric has unique antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. (5,6) The anti-inflammatory strength is comparable to drugs such as indomethacin. (7)

Cayenne Pepper - Can increase peripheral circulation and improve digestion.

Methylsulfonyl Methane - This is a natural form of dietary sulfur and has been used to reduce or eliminate arthritis pain. MSM has been found to be helpful for many conditions, including arthritis. (9)

Chondroitin Sulfate - A major structural component of the cartilage. Chondroitin can help stimulate the production of new healthy cartilage, block enzymes that break down cartilage and normalize joint fluids to reduce friction. (3)

Hylaronic Acid - The greatest concentrations of this acid are found in joints and used as lubrication. As you age, less hyaluronic acid is produced, which results in stiff joints. Supplementing this protein will lubricate stiff joints.

BioCell Collagen Type II - Shaped like a rope, this protein provides cartilage with structural strength. Clinical trials have shown that Type II Collagen reduces inflammation and may be helpful for joints.
